I have never made a purchase at Courts before, Sure I have entered them before but I never bought any piece of junk from them because their price is the worst priced ever. So much for value for cash.
And I've never entertained any surveys or what nots from them
Suddenly I receive a mail indicating that I have spent $1,600++ with them for some piece of junk they are selling. And some kind of offer that if I sign up EZ-Access for them, they would give me that much amount of cash to to repay my bank.
Can I sue them for buying my information and misusing it?
ever thought that you may have had your credit cards or whatever cloned?
i think may not be Courts fault but someone may have used ur information or u might have accidentally signed up for something related w/o reading the fine print properly
