What exactly does the comment "niao ren" aka. birdman, mean?
It's said whenever somebody does something silly, like pass ball to opposition or miskick. It's nothing vulgar or such, but what exactly does calling him a birdman (niao ren) mean? Nobody has the answer, it has no real meaning, but you can speculate.

"Niao" is a slang for the penis.
Hence, "Niao Ren" simply means someone with the characteristics of a penis.
Of course this doesn't make any sense as the penis do not have any specific traits or personality so I guess it is just a way of expressing just like the other vulgar expression which do not have much meaning anyway.
