  I think it is Bedok Reservoir 600+....by the expressway..

  But its not vacant anymore ...

  There are residents living there...

  Blk 611 is so occupied with residents...i doubt ghosts know where to live,..but quite eerie at night...the only noise u can hear is noises from the vehicles on the highway..
