  morn is gym, play with weights!.

  noon to afternoon is continue to set up ExamWorld (it's playtime!). Remote login to my office comp to see how things are going (playtime too :D)

  evening is send my sis off since she's going overseas for 3 months due to work commitments. Family + gf going as well. (relax time!)

  night time is watch tv with gf plus setting a bit more for ExamWorld (more playtime!)

  Then before sleep will do some stretching and SMFR to ease the muscles used in the gym routine in the morning. (relax time)

  Then sleep

  Next day one more new day! Every day must be filled with activities and play!
