This is a fact and it's for general knowledge for those who are interested:-
Transsexuals has to go for yearly check up even though they have gone through the operation say 2 ot 3 years back. Why? They have to continue using vagina dilation -that is an instrument like a dildo - to be thrust into their constructed vagina so as to continue to get the desired depth so that a real penis can penetrate deeply. Without going through this 'exercise' the constructed vagina will lose it depth like closing up just like a newly pierce earlobe which eventually will close up if you do not wear something in the hole to prevent the flesh from melding together again.
It's just a very short form of explanantion. For those who are really interested in knowing how does a man change to a woman via the trans op follow this link and you can read all about it.
