Teaching skills

  I've been approached by a young lady to teach her english. She only knows very basic english words and her pronunciation is very Chinglish.

  Being the nice guy that I am, I have agreed. However I do have have any teaching skills.

  Would appreciate if someone can offer some tips on how to go about it. Tks.
