Finally, some air was let out of the tyres of the trailer to lower its height. The trailer then passed under the bridge, but on the extreme right lane, where the bridge is slightly higher off the ground than the other sections.

If u look at all pedestrian over head bridge in singapore, they are all pre fabricated in pieces, the solid foundation is only the pillars, the rest are just place on it with some end screw connecting each other, that is all. So it can be removed very fast and can also be jacked up.
Same goes to most HDB flat
