Doesn't matter what you wear, be it formal, business casual, smart casual.
Most important is to show them your confidence on your face, so that they know they're interviewing a WINNER and not a LOSER.
Smile too much and your interviewer might think you're trying to be funny if your interviewer had a bad day at work.
Be yourself and Be confident of being yourself, and remember to bring that confidence into the interview.
They will be begging you to join their company cos they had enough interviewing all those SG LOSERS.

Business attire.
Apart from what you wear, make sure you remember to turn off your mobile phone before you go in for the interview. Also, remember to do some research for the company and ask questions about the company etc to show that you're interested to work them.
