  lets say i wanna get the citibank clear card cuz it has free entry to phuture.. whats the implications?

  Con?? have to pay ur Credit card when u recieved ur bill if not, there will be interest...and the interest is high.

  one big con is with credit card you don't see the cashflow till the end of the month, by then you might have over spent your budget.

  if you need to get smth online, ask your friend to use his card 1st. then you pay him. saves you from getting a credit card.
