But how would you know if he wasn't just in a bad mood over something and just vented it out on the customer? Assuming that what I said about him having a bad day was true, you may say that he's still in the wrong for treating the customer this way because of his personal problems. But don't we all go through this? If this is an isolated incident, then we should just let it go. If this is perpetually the way he serves customer, then it is a different case.

Service has never been good in Sg, and that's because Singaporeans like to complain too much. It doesn't matter whether the service is good or not, in the end most customers only remember the bad service experience.
Low pay, multi-jobs tasking, expect you to work non-stop = make people 'bo chap' in service.
Service industry is still a service industry.
Ppl pay u to serve customers.
No matter good or bad.

went to cpf board at bishan two weeks ago...to report abt some demise...
the counter lady non-chanlantly took my ic and report to make a copy and ask to wait for a month as the board will be writing to me..
i asked some questions as i do not understand some procedures...in the meantime, there is another staff who interrupts and signal this counter lady to replace her during lunch time...(at 10:15 am ???)
all this while and i was still expecting answers from this counter lady...
i guess only sinkaporeans know how to BULLY sinkaporeans ![]()
