Afrocentrists insist that south indians are racially related to them. But they still hate us anyways.
Now who else wants a piece of the ancient indus? Because we're too damn degenerate to create a highly urbanized civillisation at time when the rest of the world was beating each other up with clubs and living in caves.

*sigh* You can see how some people push the ball back to me and reply with negative comments. I'm not making sweeping statements. Reality check: they post negative comments and try to make me (the TS) feel that I am the one at the wrong. When infact I expressed my sentiments about what I percieve. Most people are anti-indian than having hatred towards any other race.
Its a reality, I've seen ALOT of racist remarks on the internet.
Of course people in Singapore are'nt publicly racist. Its a good thing, I must say. But elsewhere its quite common. Actually a sort of inhibited/private racism does exist here. Its just not expressed in greater levels due to the way our society is and our stern laws supress public condemning.
I have been racially abused in the past. Its just a part and parcel which I'm not bothered about. I have plenty of friends of other races whose comraderie means a great deal. In fact most of my friends are chinese, for some reason.
Some posters here say "you are either mentally retarded OR you are the one thats being racist to your own race"
People don't want to hear things like this. Which in itself inherently a racist attitude.
Look I first thought that this thread was rather too controversial and emotional and refrained from posting it. But it had to be done, it had to out in the open. We need our people to be spurred to rise against this sort of a discrimination.

Sweet, people from karnataka are kannadigas. You should go to Bangalore, very nice cool climate and picturesque natural attractions. Alot of ammenities there. I was there about 5 years ago. Very open minded people and probably the best place for singaporeans to migrate to in India. Its very globalised, I went to McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Dominos Pizza when I was there. Got one shop there sell all the manga, disney and warner bros merchandise, collectors heaven.Oh year there are alot of chinese and other foreigners there also. Got dragon and lion dance during CNY there.
