  where can i find a chinese electronic dictionary which is approved by the government?

  how many types are there?

  wat are the difference in function between these types of dictionary?

  Therre are 2 types- Besta All- Pass 1 and Creaive Hansvision PX2051 (approved by SEAB)

  Being a user of both, I can tell you that the Creative is more user -friendly in some areas (can just type in hanyu pinyin of a phrase and you can find it.You can't do that with the Besta.

  However, the Besta is likely to be more reliable ( my previous 2 Creatives spolit bcause battery leak and the screen on my third one is fading already.No prob with the Besta so far.Both are good in some ways but I would advise you to use Creative for exam.

  Creative is ard $30 and Besta is ard $40

  To add on, you can get Besta at Big Bookshop and some Popular.Creative I think is limited to those Creative stores.
