Oh, another live cheap in Singapore advise.
For any issues regards to people offending you by slandering whoever & offering insults thru any text medium, or in any case is out to cheat, con, damge you & your property.
Or in more extreme cases, alredy damaged you before police arrived and intervene on your behalf. Or simple the police have to stop interferring because the issue is civil.
Go to the Sub Court, criminal & civil registry and register your complaint. Court will then have the police investigate the identity of whoever did you damage or insulted you and summon that person to court.
For free.

but if you want to save money wouldn't snacking already consume cash that could be spent elsewhere. Not neccasary to buy snacks right?

Hmmm....another idea about snacking.
If you do crave for chocolates, and tend to buy a big bar to satisfy your cravings.
Opt for dark chocolates. They are similar price to regular chocolate but you will only take one or two bites before you give up instead of eating the whole bar/box.
It also contains more cocoa that satisfy your craving and you will tend to leave some for the future. Knowing dark chocolates in your fridge also will prevent you buying more on impulse.

Well, does motorcycling consider a private transport?
Because its cheap to get a motorcycling licence, just time your classes on weekdays, do two session per day and you can completed the classes and get your licence early.
Then to buy a cheap 2nd hand motorcycle with non sports bike insurance. (sports bike insurance for 2b-ers are more expensive because of the plastic fairings.)
And viola.....you go your own personal transport vehicle, and you are maximum allowed to transport one other passenger only, ie your mom, your sister & your gf.
No more worries about having to send 5 other person home at different location.
You also wont be consuming alcohol or expected to consume alcohol since you ride.
