I believe many of you guys here who are living in HDB flats have encounted this, whether first hand or from your parents or other family members. They say that Fengshui is very important for the well being of everyone for the time when you move into the flat
To cut the crap short, this is what is happening to me, or my mum specifically
To let you understand wad i am trying to bring across, i need to explain about the design of my flat
Well i live in an apartment which a wall is being shared with one of my neighbour, the flat that i am living in is not those 'corridor' kind where the windows are parallel to the door.
Visualise looking out of your door, and raise up your left arm 90 degree, my neighbour's door will be parralell to your left hand, and located at your palm, or in other words perpendicular to my door, and your arm is the electric/water meter all that crap
so er, the focus of this whole thread is that my mum is not happy with them placing their shoerack in which it faces head on to our door, which is result in our fengshui becoming bad. I am fine with it as i dont really believe in these things. What angers my mum most is taht my neighbour last time say the shoerack should not face the front door, and the paradox is that they are the one doing it.
So please tell me some ways that i can make myh fengshui better but not stirring up a quarrel.
put a bakwa mirror to deflect the smelly shoes bad luck

My flat also has the same layout, the neighbour's door is on to the left, and if the both of us come out together we will occupy the same space at the same time.
I made a pact with them, I don't place my shoe or shoe rack outside my door, and they don't place their shoe or shoe rack outside.
We both put our shoes inside. Exception allowed for visitors, they can leave their shoes outside.
We put a potted plant where the shoe rack would be.
And we get along fine.
