Bonus this year

  My staff asked me if we got bonus this year ....  my answer was, got job and be happy ...  don't think of bonus ..  BTW, I haven't have a bonus for so many years leow I even forgot how long ...

  Hand them a golden envelope and give them a golden handshake and tell them they will be miss.

  It's called voluntarily resignation, or retrenchment, or redundancy package.

  Ask them which one they prefer and paste it onto their envelope.

  i think should have. your job do not give you a bonus?

  now they all say profit sharing ma ..  everytime say company not making and no payout lor ... can we ask them for the balance sheet to check ... don't think so right ?  Even they reported profit, they will very low and not enough to pay out ... give up leow ..  just content with a job ..

  I give out bonuses as per each staff KPI,  if she managed to open more liquors, wines and beers with customer, she will get more bonuses...can be up to 6 months bonuses.

   

  With the current crisis, more guys are subdue to drinking more..business is good.
