I have morning diahorrea quite often. Dammit. Anyone also facing this problem?

Yeah, I have this problem, I can't eat anything in the morning and no heavy drinks, only plain water.
See doc bfore liao, he say is because my body system is not in the habit of having food that early in the morning, so he adviced me to make it a habit to eat in the morning, and see if the problem persist
