what about those studying overseas? do u feel closer to ur friends than to ur siblings?
im going overseas to study but im afraid that my bro will not know me when i come back. he is quite young now..

Not really. If your bond is close with your brother, no matter how distant both of you are, you will find ways to keep in contact with him.

mine seems to worsen eh..both my sis & me are in our 20s..
last time we often play together..even share 1 lollipop tgt (still got photo eh..lols)
but as she grew up..she tends to have "Extended family" with her school mates & grew very close with her Godpa, Godma, God-kor & jies =.=''' and from then on..we starts to drift apart from one another..
no more heart-to-heart talks =(
she don't even have the time to go shopping or KTV sessions with me loh...

:( thats very sad. now my bro is pri schl n im poly..we are quite close..but as he grow older, he has his own group of friends, and i have my stuff to do =( he doesnt want me to go overseas, but i know its for my own good that i go..

cuz as we grow up..we tend to have our own group of friends mah...
sure to grow apart from our siblings..
if u go overseas, you can still communicate with your sibling via SKYPE, MSN, email..how long are you going to stay overseas?..you can still come back to SG for a visit during holidays =) or vice versa

when we were young, we were pretty close.. but as we grow up, we run in different circles.. friends became more important and now we are nice to each other, can joke etc.. but not much common topic to talk about liao lor

Two of my bros are in their 20s, I'm 16.
We ain't that close in the past, but grow older liao understand that my brothers care for me will treasure them more, keep going out with them
My older brother is studying overseas now, we still chat on MSN to maintain the R/S. =)
Naturally will be close if the older one care for the younger ones, and the younger one is old enough to understand what's happening.
