which hotel is better?

hi, has anyone stayed or used the facilities at intercontinental hotel or grand hyatt? cos i dunno which one is better in terms of facilities and customer service... my cousin asking me to help her to check out a nice hotel for her wedding... pls let me know your experiences. thanks

oh i'm talking about the facilities and services of the hotel and staff in general.. whether their customer service exceeded your expectations?

it all depend how much you willing to pay them,
most staff serving @ table mostly are their part-timer,
you go different hotel you can see them
e.g. you may ask for 2 staff per table, the cost will not be the same as per normal 2 staff per 3 table or 4 table.
staff just to serve wine,

Ya. depends on your budget... If you willing to spend, they can always treat you and your guest like emperors.
