I felt Singapore should have its own The Daily Show. It's about time we have a parody on singapore politics and the CNA. The mrbrownshow is good but it's weekly. The host of our version of the Daily Show should be mrbrown and the correspondents, his crew. Singapore deserves to parody their own shows and there aren't many.

not enough material.
and singaporeans cannot take jokes. imagine make a parody of let's say SAJC for the ragging stuff, the guys there will get pissed off, and people won't find it funny.

What do Singaporeans find funny? They shamelessly rip off foreign TV shows and game shows. Calefare for BBC's Extras and look how many game show they stole. Don't forget the Lyrics, Deal or No Deal, Wheel Of Fortune, the list is endless. I have not seen a parody show in Singapore at all.

But since we do that without regret. Why not a parody show?

Isn't that a bit Hao Lian or self centered? I mean they will poke fun at other people but not themselves?

Look @ how they enjoy watching ppl being make fun of via variety shows..BUT..when it comes to them..they will show u a black face instantly OR they will smile with much hyprocrisy then go home & shoot complained emails =D
