  If you tendered your resignation on early december, will you get your AWS at the end of decemeber?

  Depends  on the terms in your employment contract, but usually will get the AWS in prorata basis. For your case, if your last day is end of December 2008, and you work from Jan 1, 2008, you should get the AWS.

  If I clear my leave, my last working day will on be at the end of december. I started work only this june.

  YOu have to refer to your company's policy.   Some cos practise paying pro rata AWS to staff who resigns.

  I was thinking, if I already tender in early december, they may not pay the aws at the end of dec.

  especially now time bad they lagi not pay

  99% wont get. the moment u tender means u forfeit all benefits, including AWS.

  Usually if yr last day of working is ON or after the bonus payment date u will get yr AWS + Bonuses.

   

  If it is before the payment date, then too bad.

  it depends, some companies will not even pay aws the moment u tender & still serving notice thought ur last working day is 31st december.

   

  best is get aws then tender.....
