  They are not tourists or even expats who live in D10.. some live in HDB areas..but will we have a euro minority group like the indians in the next decade...

  Just imagine a euro babe sipping teh-o in S11 reading zaobao..farfetched but possible

  Possible cause I was surprised to see some of them shopping at neighbourhood supermarkets......but I am not convinced Singapore will be able to attract them for long-term....except if it is willing to lower the standards
