my heart hurts.
as in...physically
i'm wondering if it's because
1) stress from all the studying for exams
2) i ate a banana after i woke up on am empty stomach followed by 2 huge white choc and macademia nut cookies. sugar overload??????? but it's never happened before and i've done worse...?
3) no reason but i'm going to die anyway...???????
if i'm going to die, i hope it happens before i take any exams

normally will happen when one is stress
esp now you are having exam
drink lots of warm water.
and if you do feel short of breath, do not panic
close your eyes and breath slowly....
hope it helps!!

hmmm i think its nothing much...maybe its stress overload for you....i do feel like that too...its not food related...do you wake up and feel chest pains?

Erm zora. The TS said his head hurts. You said it's called heart burn. Do you even know what is heart burn? It's a burning sensation at the chest (hence the name 'heart burn') that is caused by the stomach acids refluxing back out the oesophagus, because the sphincter is not working properly. -

which part of TS mention in the write up is HEAD hurt ?
what you have stated is correct but stress is also part of it.
FYI, i do have heart-burn once in a while

Last time, whenever I have major quarrel at home, I had this problem too. It's the muscles around your heart. Should be stress bah. Now I dun experience it cuz I hardly quarrel liao.
Dun think yours is a heart problem cuz I think heart attacks are accompanied with nausea and left arm pain.
You going to die? Choy! Dun like that say. Life is great! Go see doc. May not be anything serious. But he may be able to prescribed something to make you feel better.
