maybe.. from wad i learn is tat there is two types of sleep:1)deep sleep
2)light sleep
deep sleep is the one that is the most relaxing and deeply recharges u
while light sleep is just a mild sleep where u will be easily wake up by the slightest noise
hence, one is impt to get more deep sleep.
a normal person 's 8 hours of sleep usually looks like tis
2 light---1 deep---2light----1deep---2light
hence in 8 hours, u are actually resting onli for 2 hours recharge our body.

u been to any mlm company tat gives u such an unpleasant experience?
why not share over here?

actually, the diff between a mlmer and a salesman is the desire.
a mlm has no basic salary hence the need for him/her to close a deal or more.
so basically, becos of this flaw, some ppl will become despo in closing sales and in return, giving other ppl a nasty taste in their tougue.
aggressive sales tactic is not say bad but it should be not too forcefully done.
with tat said, i hope ppl will continue to respect mlmer be it in any company.
of course, wad we don like, doesnt means it is bad or wrong.
sometimes it is really how we see things from diff point of view.
A salesman on the other hand is more "tone down" i would say cos he is simply under no pressure to close anything. unless he has a quota.
those product he has in hand might alr be advertise out to consumer, hence, product will be easier moving on their own. so if he closed, it will be a bonus for him.

lol
What Is Insommia?
Insommia is difficulty in falling alseep or staying alseep, but there is help to prevent this condition.
Have you ever complained about inadequate sleep? You may be suffering from insommia. Insommia is difficulty in falling alseep, waking up frequently during the night and difficulty in returning to sleep, waking too early in the morning or unrefreshing sleep.
Insommia is not defined as the number of hours of sleep one gets. The reason for this is that many people need different amount of sleep.
During the day a person who sufferes from insommia may have any of the traits. They are tiredness, or a lack of energy, or a difficulity in concentrating and or irritability.
There are three stages of insommia. They are TRANSIENT INSOMMIA, CHRONIC INSOMMIA and INTERMITTENT INSOMMIA.
Transient insommia is also called short term insommia, intermittent insommia is also called on and off and chronic insommia is called constant.
Insommia lasting from a single night to a few weeks is refererred to as transient. If an episode of transient insommia occurs from time to time it is said to be transient. Insommia is considered to be chronic if it occurs on most night and lasts for a month or more.
People more likely to experience insommia are those in advanced years, those of the female gender, those with a history of depression.
Transient insommia occurs in people who are temporaily experiencing 1 or more of these conditions: stress, noise, hot or cold temperature changes, jet lag and side effects from medications.
Chronic insommia is mainly due to depression, misuse of caffeine and alcohol or shift work.
Insommia is found in both male and female. But in females in the menopause years it is most common.
Insommia is diagnosed with a medical history and a sleeping log. A sleeping can be done through journal entries, telling the time you went to bed and the number of times you awaken during the night.
Insommia is treated differently depending on the stage.
Transient and intermittent may not require treatment. Chronic is different. The reason it is different is because the underlying cause must first be found.
The ways to avoid insommia are
1) don't go to bed until sleepy
2) don't use the bed for anything else but sleeping ie, no eating or watching TV.
3) if you don't fall asleep within 15 minutes get up and do something else.
4) don't take naps during the day and finally
5) avoids alcohol and caffeine before bed.

Sorry to sidetrack a bit but how long does it roughly take you to fall asleep from the time your head hits the pillow?
For me it takes abt 20 - 30 min...or sometimes i can just toss and turn and before i know it, one hr is up and i still cant get to sleep. Is this common?

Is it common to you too ???
kinda . but i surf net , play game , go skate during afternoon ..
sleep at ard 11.30pm - 1.30am . wake ard 9am-11am .
today dunno why special . 7.45am .
simple. eat moderately for all meals....and live a 'normal' schedule
Try sleeping early like at 11pm or 12am the latest, 7 - 8 hours sleep should be enough. And also try eating earlier around 6 to 8 pm.
Get more regular excercise :)
Though here have some good advice on how to get a healthy lifestyle in order to get a good sleep but still feel that
1) People tend to sleep more when they feel like it or when they need it
2) Sleep is already one of SG fav hobby this few years
3) 8 hrs is just a guideline for people to follow but sleep more or less depends on you yourself really
4) But one thing to note which is no matter what, you need to sleep. Never sleep for more than 2 days is forbidden lol
or else SG will have more pandas than China
Good advice indeed....
i think you may have nercolespy.
