Treatment & Colouring of Hair

  If I were to do hair treatment and hair colouring, which one is reccommended to be done first?

  Well I though it makes more sense to colour then treatment as colouring damages the hair...

  Is there any lapse that is needed between colouring and treatment or you can do both in the same day?

  both same day possible ah... just go earlier...

  It's possible on the same day, but not possible when they close shop...

  usually i do like this
  colouring + highlight
  1 week later i do treatment for removing chemicals
  another week later i do hydrating treatment

  and of course, you do the color first not treatment.

  also can

  sometimes i also do both on the same day, sometimes separate.

  not sure which way is better tho, i never ask before tomorrow i go ask since im doin hair tomorrow.

  actually i think treatment is a waste of money. I've done a few times but I think my dyed hair is better off without treatment.

  I need the treatment cos I tend to have falling hair after coloring it.
