everytime i have to straighten my lower back until it cracks, feels shiok but im afraid it might damage my backbone in the long run.
if i don't do it, my backbone gets tight and it gets really uncomfortable. anybody have any idea?

will it damage my backbone in the long run then? how come theres so much nitrogen inside, is there any way i can lessen it? i don't like how its becoming a bad habit :(
cracking your joints like the knuckles will definitely damage it over the long run... it's a natural thing...
