yeah..me too..my grandma used to make them..i'd join in to roll..cos like playing plasticine..wahah..
but after cooking..pink colour turns orangy..

Actually, very easy to make.....should try to pass the tradtion to the next generation if ther are children around....

i prefer those bigger balls with fillings like peanuts and sesame inside
dongzhi (冬至) is on 21 Dec, this coming Sunday. Will be going to the Beach Road Tang Yuan stall buy tang yuan. My favourite: peanuts and black seseme. Yummy, love it!
