You see, not everyone has a newspaper column,a tv program or a radio show. Hence they post their views on forums and blogs.
With the exception of trolls, online discussions are actually real-life
views of the people. Far more truthful and accurate than a real life
face-to-face interview.
I'm sick of people saying that people who express their views online are cowards.
I believe the blogger/forumer will give the exact same views when given the chance to speak in public. At least for me.
TS, you hit the nail on the head. I absolutely agree with you.
Cowards are people who dare not speak up.
People who need to put on a mask of pretense and are afraid that others will think poorly of them if they are themselves are the true cowards online. ![]()
Well, cowardice aside, people post thier thoughts or opinions online for the lack of opportunities to post it elsewhere.
But we should remember that everyone is entitled to their opinions,
no matter how stupid they are.
:)

And it's called vanity press. Sure, you can put it out there for people to read - just don't count on them giving a damn.
They are just angry we are untouchable. People who express their views online are just looking for an outlet to share their point of view.
But still....there's an extent to how 'free' you can express yourself in a forum...
