to me ar I think,
Dracula is towards for english movies eg. count dracula
Vampire is towards chinese movies
Both are same meaning, different words to rep for both kind of movies

Ya... I know ... the Malay got piontianak or something like that, and chinese go jiang shi ... but I don't know where vampire come from .. definately not from USA although most of the show is from there ... so I want to learn a little more ... -

dracula is an angmoh vampire.. pontianak is the minah vampire.. then the chinese vampire is the one that put the hands straight in front and then jump jump and can be stop by a yellow paper on its forehead.. lols.. i love to watch those chinese vampire show..

ya lor ... last time I watch the pontianak was still in black and white ... watch already, dare not sleep .. some more we live in kampong where toilet got to walk a distant one ... dare not go, then pee on the bed lol ... the chinese one not so scary ... in fact, find it comical at times ... -

Dracula is the name of a Count in germany called Count Dracula, very handsome and romantic, he likes to go after girls only. All his victims are girls, and when get sucked by him, the girls turned to vampires and then start to look for men lor.
