TS, you complain about your job. Then do something about it. Or work harder in your current job.
Not happy with it, talk to your boss, what have you done for the company, tell him why you think you deserve a raise after so long. If not, look for a new job, not easy, but at least you're doing something about it.
Loans are fine. But not from complete strangers, and from a forum even. Please wake up your idea. What about your parents, siblings or whatever? It's not about being kind-hearted, it's about them not losing their own hard-earned money to some random bloke who wants to earn alot without having to do much.
