Customer service in bank nowadays sucks

Nowadays the serivces that the bank offer sucks... when they wanna sales they talk to u nicely... then when u got problems.. u ask them if any best way out... they give FT services...

yah precisely... those whu are deposit 1 million are human and 100 are not... i still make the effort to call them that i will make late payment due to some hold back on my money... damn... and the give remarks... i dun mean to be sacarstic but...those or some who work in the bank as customer service.. what the hell... they think they are so big shot to work in the bank... only customer service not the CEO lor..

bet the poor guy in charge of DBS IB has been retrenched bcos 70% of the time there is something wrong with the login or it tells u fund transfer is not available.
