hi have anyone of u all went to HP repair center at alexandre technopark b4? cuz they provided free delivery of my laptop back to my house and their services and efficiency are good, furthermore they called back to check whether my laptop is running fine after 2 weeks. and she got ask me to compliment on their services haha which is weird, which is y i just wrote feedback to HP just now thumb up but however i put feedback that their products durability should improve reason is my laptop i dunoe is suay or unlucky, 1 year ago my battery is faulty, cannot charge at all and i went back 2x to repair and then change it. 2 months ago wireless adapter spoil went for the 3x. 3 weeks ago motherboard spoil zzz, went for the 4x time. ...

Bingo :D yea but mine sommore is starhub give free one HP Compaq Presario F577AU b4 HP screw up on the Graphic card the warranty is 1 year but they realize that they extend to either 3 choices 3 years warranty upgrade to 2 gb ram or change another laptop i fink is HP 3000++ series luckily i took the warranty the graphic card they screw up is becuz the motherboard only works perfectly with ATI radeon X6100 but they give me X6150 which causes at times my wireless to hang and need to reboot when i watch movies or drama series full screen weird bugs...
