New staff in the company

  Whenever I go to a new company to work, I am talking about perm job not temp job, I realise that everybody is looking at me as in I am the centre of attention. Everybody seems to want to know what am I doing..

  Is this very common? Do anyone here experience the same thing when you first enter into a new company to work?

  Since everybody is looking at you, it seems that all your mistakes will be known to everybody etc..

  Your mistakes will be known to them.

  Just remember that it's ok to make mistakes but try not to make the same mistake twice!
