So anyway, get back to the topic, is it still possible to rent one?
I have a couple of friends who used to live there, but that was about a few years back. At that time, their parents were paying about $800-$1200 for rent. But that was a few years back. If my memory serves me correctly, there were living on this street called Knights Bridge. Pretty cool name huh?
I am a current resident at 5 Lambeth Walk.
We are having a garage sale this Sat (10th Jan.'09) from 11am to 3pm
Use to pay S$1400 per month but recently LTA raise the rent to S$2600. New tenant has to bid around S$3500 to secure a terrace unit.
Good luck!
wtf! That's like a 100 per cent increase.
No wonder you are having a garage sale.
I know it's not more than a couple of thousand dollars. Quite cheap and the houses are so big. Just very ulu.
