Where in SG got public inkjet printers?

as per title.
like some sort of cafe etc where we can use to print out our artwork onto paper (i'm using iron-on transfer paper).
because my home printer's quality is not good enough.

Laser one can or not? SIM the Tay Eng Soon library got free for access computers, can use the windows to print out your assignments and stuff. Of course no need student credentials to log in lar, otherwise I won't say free for access already. But you use the printer must pay lar of course, either by cashcard or ezlink.
The computers are located on the right hand side when you enter the library, just walk straight in and turn right, you can't miss it. Sure got a bunch of people standing there using the comps.

I would like to add, the computers have the basic stuff like ms office installed, but if I'm not wrong, you can't edit and save your work on it.

howevah, Jurong East library also have laser jet and is same as Tay Eng Soon library, but i need high-quality color printouts on inkjets, and somemore should give me the option to put my own paper inside. I also need the PC to let me use my DVDs.
do those non-gaming internet cafes have such services?

SIM one can print color also, just that cost more, and you collect it from the room at the far left corner, and they close at 830pm on weekdays.
