Abducted child believed to be in Singapore

Contact the police or the said police officer or refer the policeman that you are telling the info to; to refer to the police officer as stated above.
A simple phone call, or a call to IOs will do from that officer you are telling the information to will do.

but is it true the child is going to be in danger as serious as mentioned? because after reading all this i really don't feel that way? plus what made the mother "abduct" the child and come all the way to singapore?

The New South Wales Family court ordered reports on both parents - as soon as the mother received her copy of the independent court appointed psychiatrist's report about her, she fled with the child on SQ to Frankfurt via Singapore. She did not even tell her lawyer who was waiting at the Family Court hearing for her attendance. Whilst the report is confidential as regards this forum, upon viewing the contents the Family Court made an exceptional decision to allow publication of the case given the mental state of mind of the mother and the possibilities of her actions she might resort to . An investigation by the German police found she was no longer in Germany. She had a close family friend in Singapore in Coronation Road West. Letters and emails were sent to Australia by her between June and October 2008. The letters were posted in Singapore and the emails' origin was on Singapore servers. Interpol have no record of their passports departing Singapore.

So since she and the child is in Singapore.
And harm is expected to the child.
The father has yah..... lots of support and family in Oz, thus no point he tries to come to Singapore.
And since private investigators came up with nothing, since they are finacially motivated to find this child..........

Please do not tell me you are a professional volunteer or with any legal agencies.because you obviously missed out plenty of hints that cynical people who have never seen a accident or help others out of a accident vehicle might not have tried to tell you that you are overboard and silly.
Again, are you a 'international detective'? Where are you from, which agency you represent and which part of volunteers code allows you to tell actual volunteers where cynics are allowed in any part of your world.

I know i know.....wrong description.How about....a volunteer that actual goes on the ground, has the experience on the ground; worked with legal agencies and can lead a team of volunteers thru experience and leadership to do some work.
You know.....there is always plenty of those sms or emails telling you to go NUH or NUS to donate your blood and plateletes.......but you actually call or go down to the hospital and the kids are already dead?
Thats why I am cynical. If it was really needed, the hospital and support groups like Club Rainbow will call me. We didnt need smses, posters and emails circulating around that comes from dubious sources like 'international detectives working pro bono'.

er.....? that pretty messy isn't it? whatever they're doing that actually went so far as to require a psychiatrist's report?
but considering the fact she's actually capable of going to germany then singapore from australia with a kid i doubt the kid's in grave risk of emotional and physical harm. the kid's probably not even "abducted" from the mother's point of view.

What ever the court rules or the pychiatric test or whatever is not really others concern. Even if we doubt the child is in grave danger, since the mother had been with the kid for like, the past nine months, the rules of the game is to find the mother and the kid, fly them back to Australia, and let them settle their stuff there.
Although i doubt they can stay legally in Singapore as tourist for so long.

And since Interpol is involved, then they cant fly out or leave Singapore.
And since the mother and child is suspected to be living at a family friend's home, what this TS wants is free detective work so that the father can just come down and grab the kid when they are sure the kids and mother is at either location.

We sincerely hope so regarding the physical harm ; the emotional harm is already done to the 4 year old child who will miss his father. You are right in your statement that the mother probably does not consider she abducted the child. The legal and International authorities however, disagree with her.

and you are the authority to speak for the child regards to his harm and abuses?
For all he knows, mummy is protecting him from his father from whichever non existent threat and taking him on happy trips around the world.
Do not assume that there is psychatric reports on the mother, that you understand what a 4 year old is thinking and its bad form for a volunteer to try to present himself/herself as a understanding and helpful adult, not because he/she she truly wants to help the kid by being physically there for a kid.
Its like those days where a group of club rainbow plateletes donar and co-ordinator puts out a request for a major blood donation exercise, and only 7 attended and donated blood.
Walk down Orchard road and you see students trying to sell teddy bears in aid of ClubRainbow Cancer Kids.
But ask them why they are not at the blood donation drive....and all sorts of stories come ou.

they can only stay for 14 days then apply for an extension of up to 90 days. This means that by September she should have left Singapore but she sent another letter from there in October. Possibilities are
1) their Singapore friend applied to employ her in his company
2) she obtained employment and a visa (she is a qualified nurse)
3) she remarried illegally to a local resident and changed her name
4) she has false papers
5) she is overstaying her visa
6) she obtained a passport from New Zealand where she was born (but this has been blocked by a court order)

Times like this I really hate good hearted smaritans with no legal training. Not one!1) Their Singaporean friend got her a visa to work in Singapore. So who pray tell is her Singaporean friend and why couldnt a decent PI find it? What kinda of PIs you guys employed anyway!
2) She is a qualified nurse with a court record of aducting of a child, even if its her child. Why do you think her cannot be terminated and her work permit revoked and she arrested to be bought back to Oz?
3) She remarried illegally means she can be charged for bigamy and be in jail for 40 days at least. The child will be handed over to the father in the event of such occurance. Besides, ROM is required to conduct a search of any marriage documents before she can be legally married.
3.5) Change her name? This is Singapore. Not some movie inspired 3rd world country where you can legally change your name and forget your old one. Whatever you changed to, you are still tagged to your old name!
4) She has false papers, like what? How much cash she run away with that allows her access to false papers?
5) She overstayed. And she is so rich to afford hotel stays for so many days?
Technically if you say she overstayed, then her Singaporean family is involved in housing her? Which makes the SIngaporean family housing a illegal immigrant. Which means severe penalties for that singapore families.
Unless she overstayed on her own, maybe with cash supplied by her singaporean family friends. And the home is rented in the friends name and not her own. blah blah blah.

actually i thought the best thing would be having the father come down to have a talk to settle everything instead of the whole court thing. but it doesn't seem very likely now with it looking like both sides thinking each other's crazy. one side even struck first taking the kid overseas.

Employment means having to deal with the authority. If the police is notified, the relevant authorities, in this case, the Ministry of Manpower can do a simple check.
Remarried also have to register somewhere, and can be traced.
She comes in with New Zealand, Australian, or whatever passport, she would have overstayed by now.
