Can Singapore produced Shakira?

  Shakira is a colombian native who make it to the top hits in america and the world with her song UNDERNEATH YOUR CLOTHES...

  If colombia national language being spanish can turn shakira to a world pop star..why not singapore with her first language being English or singlish?We have the infrastructure and situaited in booming asia where more younger people are using English..

  Guys like like adored this girl , more real and unpretentious than their USA counterparts
