McDonald's service: old vs new

i always feel that the old one is better. where everything is prepared for you, put on the tray, including serviettes, ketchup, and getting your own straw from the counter.
the new work process which includes server and runner, keeps a lot of people jammed at the counter and feels messy. and getting your own condiments and accessories just feels different.
i know this has been around for a year or so, but i never got used to it.

I buy a fishball noodles faster.

soon we just pay, then make the burger, drink, scoop the fries, all by ourself.

yea... especially the napkins.
Once there was this servicestaff that place the wrong side into the dispenser.
The result? Ppl had to dig out a wad of nakpins .... -
I hate the one in Khatib. I queue up for my turn to place my order. I reach the counter, order and pay up. Then I have to queue again at the next line to get my order. Never go there again.

it's like a "queuing-up" version of the "sit-at-table-and-order" model...
feels a bit like hawker centre lor.
but whatever rocks their boat lor. nt as if they value our feedback. all we get will be the "we are constantly searching to improve the customer experience........ we will take your feedback into consideration...."

old one faster, more efficient in terms of manpower and goods... The chilli and napkins sometimes run out then have to wait... when u go ask then u see the staff running ard like in a war zone... choatic, no order... no system of doing things even if there is...
