Pets. yes I know a quite a number of people who own pet but when browsing Malaysia " THE SUN" i noticed that "U NEED TO ASK PERMISSION" from your lovely or hell fiend nieghbour before getting one. I wonder be this kind of rules can implement here? -.-!
