eah singtel is crap, do not be seduced by their handphone subsidies! Switch to M1 or starhub if you prefer a lower bill!
Singtel has been giving crap service all along..
3 more mths before i switch to M1 or Starhub..
They anyhow bill me for something which I did not subscribed for..When i called up their CSO..they gave me super bad attitude & tells me "it's just a trivial issue blah blah" & i got directed to call another dept..
at the end of the day..i still got to pay for that service which I didn't subscribed for..
oh ya! what's amazing is that they told me : once the bill is issued, we cannot do anything to it. --> that means i got to suck my own thumb & ä¹–ä¹–pay for it =.='''

Actually I switched over from starhub to singtel because I found too many black holes in starhub's reception. Especially in parts where black holes shouldn't be existent.
Take for example a stretch of above ground mrt tracks between admiralty and sembawang stations.![]()
Actually when you guys are signing for a new contract, check thru everything that they really cancel before you sign for them to proceed
So far I dun have any weird bills for things I did not subscribe for

thank God im not using ANY of Singtel's svc.. except for home fon, which im tinking of cutting off too coz no one uses home fon and no one calls home too..
out of 10 calls i get in a week to my home fon, 8 or 9 are wrong no!! serious shit, im not making dis up..and dis is kind of a new number for me as i've juz moved recently.. think i got a recycled no.
does that counts as a fcuked up svc too??? watever it is, it's bloody irritating!

Call CSO and ask for department manager's email address. Then send one super long and pissed off email. Confirm they make your case a first priority one.
