If you could justify a complaint, they will give you $500, I am not kidding.
A friend of mine with singtel complained he wasn't given a voucher, singtel sent a 500 dollar piece to him, and he bought an n85 with it. He's a really high roller by the way, his bills always near 200 bucks one. -

I got the voucher twice. Used it once. The next time i recontract too early.
