fren told me interview is like telling story.
HR managers know this, but they just want to know who tell the better story.
u guys agree ?
It's about your presentation.
Good at storytelling but useless at getting the job done professionally and efficiently, also no point.
The best thing to bring along with you to an interview is not story-telling skills, but concrete credentials. Everyone knows that.
Ya... bullshitting session.
interview is not story telling , it is how you sell yourself to get the job. HR staff meet so many candidates, they don't have time to listen to your story. They are not paid to be entertained, they are HR staff to help company employ the right people for the job. YOu friend misleads you.
