  try bookshops.   I have seen it available in bookshops.   If you cannot find in small bookshops, go kinokuniya.

  Daiso alot, got big got small, sometimes they got books also, best thing is all 2 bucks. I know because I do origami in my spare time. I usually make paper boxes and ninja stars, they serve more purpose.
