Field of vision has little to do with resolution in my opinion.
Its largely to do with the azimuth of your vision. How many degrees left to right, up and down.
Sitting front row in the cinema for some, overwhelms their FOV because the cinema screen is a lot larger than their field of vision. Personally, I like having my FOV overwhelmed. I like the sense of immersion.

Is the dizziness induced by motion-sickness?
cinema one is the seat problem i think, too straight.....
