try visit spore indoor stadium in kallang during evening.
behind the building, there is a river with a nice bridge and castle like private estate in the back, the view is really wonderful.in fact a lot of couple and youngsters picinic there.
you should try it.
another wonderful place will be somewhere near robinson bridge near the old paliment house or the padang, the view is really like holiwood movie scene during evening.i chanced upon it when i work 4 the f1 race nearby.
the "durian" is another nice place to be, there is a stage for live performance,it also faces spore river. the best to visit will be evening after 8pm.the lighting is really good.
Raffles place... good view...

Are you kidding me?![]()
i heard botanic gardens not bad but got ang-mohs and the area is a bit commercialized, un-natural, artificial.
Lim Chu Kang (old Lim Chu Kang road and the area beyond that) is not bad, esp the graveyard area, very peaceful and full of greenery.
the whole area is very peaceful.
pulau ubin is also not bad, but try not to go on weekends, very crowded and spoil the mood.

its depends on wot type of scenery...our skyline? etc...
i like looking at the sunrise from the top of hdb buildings...if you wanna see how green our waters can get, try watching them in the afternoon from one of the hdb at marine...
