hi everybody,i have a question about MOM regulations.my buddy,singapore citizen, just completed NS,found a job working as a waiter at a KTV lounge that requires him to work a 12 hours shift 6 days week,no overtime or claim back hours whatsoever.Is this allowed under MOM regulations?kindly pls provide your expert views on this.thank you very much
since u know MOM is the regulatory office for such issues, why dont you call MOM?

skeujin,thanks for reply but MOM dont entertain phone calls anymore like they used to,i understand that u would have to write in,i was hoping perhaps someone on the forum perhaps working in HR/personnel dept.could enlighten me on this issue
