then u go tell ur boss, that u want to apply leave. can she give you an answer whether u are confirmed or not. if not, why?can you have it in writing?

if i were u, i'll go and press them for an answer, becuase you're losing on the increments, losing on the other benefits like leave, medical etc ..
No matter what, they should give you a proper answer verbally or in writing..
If not, look out for a job then quit ..
