Anyone tried either complaining by phone or email? Which one is better?
For me, email has both been faster and more direct at solving my problem with singtel (cancel voice mail), phone calls just don't get the job done...
usually i use phone first.....
then if not done to my satisfaction then shoot email.....

KFC failed to deliver food.... But charged my credit card $30 anyway.. they say will refund, but teo months le, still no action. at the end of both months, I called in to complain... Maybe time to shoot email beh...
so if they still don't refund after that means you're writting to straits times?![]()

phone, speak to manager, ask for acknowledgement, want it to be done in 3 days.
