I agree with your statement. A couple of examples:
1. Most women in other 1st-world nations have a better aptitude towards sports. And by this, I don't mean bowling or pool.
2. Most women in other 1st-world nations have a better appreciation of the arts. Bring any SG woman to a museum/play/gala and you'll get what I mean.
3. Most women in 3rd-world nations can cook better than any SG woman. In fact, any Malaysian or Indonesian lass can whip up a way better meal than any maid-pampered SG woman can.
Having said that, these SG women don't have much to lose. After all, if local men don't want them, the closet-slut in them can't wait to suck some white cocks and live the alternative life.

Actually I agree with the the not so worldy business-men to the extent that a higher proportion of european women you meet abroad (in asia at least) would be much more into arts and cultured than the majority of Singaporean women you meet in Singapore, by virtue of them travelling-
But then again you can also meet morons; i once met 2 english girls who seemed quite up-market, speaking in RP and were in Beijing, but they turned out to be morons. Whilst I asked them what their plans were in Beijing, they responded that they have been out clubbing for a week and won't feel guilty about not looking at cultural stuff in China. I was lost for words and went to talk to other people. And they certainly WERE not feminine!
I don't like him implying that all non-Singaporean women are more feminine and classy, it depends on who he is meeting.
They do exist in Singapore; women that actually are proud of their culture and that know about history and enjoy the arts. And women that actually know about stuff in the world.. though there are few of them in my experience.
You can also meet the so called "foreign" women in Australia, the UK and America who turn out to be slags who are COMPLETELY uncultured and really stupid and have absolutely no interest in any culture much less their own.
As for being feminine... Singaporean girls may stand a chance of being more feminine than Americans, by virtue of SEA being less developed and less prone to fashion developed. But I personally feel that ALL women today are not as feminine as they were back in the 40s, if you check out the pictures and old advertisements.
