how 2 check if tv licence has been paid?

I went to revenue house 2 check as my original property tax (which comes with payment of tv licence) has been misplaced or losted by my sister.
I was told that since my tv licence is not pay by giro,they cannot check.instead they give me my property tax number to make payment in spore post office.
when i clarify if spore post can check whether payment has been paid.they said that their system is not link to MDA.But I can still pay my tv licence through them.
Can anyone give me advice like how to contact MDA? I really don wish to pay fine for it ,please advice,thanks!

If they never send u letter ask you pay fine, or pay up, means its paid.
In singapore, silence means consent.
