Singnet promotion help

Umm well, so recently i applied (as in re-contract) for a singnet promotion and part of the promotion is a complimentary laptop but the service man had already installed the network (or i don't know how to say) and they say that they'll send a mail to me to get the laptop from the hq or something..
The question is , how long will the letter arrive (estimated) ?

You think what, we are predictors?? It might take a week, or 2, or more. So if we said it will take 1 week max, but later the bloody laptop arrives 2 weeks later, so how? Also like that right? If you have called up, wont you get a more accurate answer than our wild guesses?
Come la i estimate, for your attitude, i am certain it will take about a year or 2.... and is spoiled laptop. So by the time you get a whole new workin laptop from them, it will take about 2.5 years. It is like NS.
Not that i want to say you, want to ask also ask politely ma. me no like rude people.

probably u missed the letter.
i got the letter before the person gave me the modem. the letter doesn't come in the letter box, its by a postman to ur home.
